*THANK YOU!*

I’ve been meaning to thank all you lovely readers ever since I hit 100 followers back on my birthday in July.  It’s been a manic summer and I’ve been a bad kitty, but my thank-you giveaway is finally here! J

I’m delighted to have found a community that shares the same obsessive love with me for all things make up and beauty and I’ve learned so much since I started my wee blawg back in May.  It’s a really lovely thing to be a part of.  I’m thankful to everyone who takes a moment to read, follow or comment here.

And so, to thank my old and new readers, onto the prizes!

Saffron London 48 colour cream eye shadow palette
This fab palette has 48 eye shadows ranging from neutral to bright to metallic.  You can see more photos and read more about it HERE.  The shadows are intensely coloured and pigmented, and work very well wet.  Although they’re called ‘cream’ they are actually a powder formulation, but extremely smooth.

Victoria’s Secret Beauty Rush Lip Gloss in Cherrybomb
I have been obsessed with these VS lip glosses for years now and always pick up a few any time I’m in the States or passing through an airport!  Cherrybomb is the yummiest of the flavours!

Benefit BAD gal & Benefit eye BRIGHT
Earlier in the year I picked up a couple more Glamour magazines when they were giving away great Benefit products.  I had just bought eye Bright as it’s a great multi-functional pencil for brightening any dark areas on the face, and especially for erasing bluish darkness around the eyes.  I also use it on my nose- mouth lines and under my eyebrows as a highlight.  BAD gal is a great eyeliner for smudgy, sexy smoky eyes.

Vital Radiance by Revlon Blush Brush
This is my favourite blush brush and as I understand it Revlon has now discontinued their VR line, but luckily I live next to Portobello Market and picked up a stash!  It’s man-made fibres but very soft and has been through a tonne of washes and always goes back to its original condition.  It’s also a great shape and size for placing just the right amount of blush on the apples of your cheeks.

e.l.f. Professional Eye Shadow Brush
e.l.f has been one of my best discoveries, I think I was one of the first people to make an order from their UK site!  I’m really impressed with their brush range, and I’ve bought two of these brushes before, and each time I get one the shape changes slightly, but for me that’s a good thing as now I have a range of different eye shadow brush shapes.  This one is great for packing powder onto the lids.

e.l.f. Super Glossy Lip Shine SPF 15
This lip gloss doesn’t have a shade name, but it’s a very pretty iridescent peach.  The gloss is very glossy, yet moisturising and has that all important SPF 15.

Maybelline Pure Blush Mineral in Topaz Rose
This mineral blush is such a pretty colour which suits most skin shades.  It also has a very understated sheen which gives cheeks a healthy glow.

N.Y.C. Colour Wheel Mosaic Face Powder in All Over Bronze Glow
This was the first matte bronzer I ever picked up.  N.Y.C is a great US ‘drugstore’ brand that some larger branches of Superdrug stock.  So many bronzers out there are packed with shimmer, but a matte formulation looks more natural.  You can vary the intensity you want by focusing on certain parts of the mosaic pattern.  I use the darker areas for cheek contouring and lightly swirl a large face brush over the whole pan for an all over glow.
