Giveaway: KOH and Co.
It wasn’t supposed to happen this way. This isn’t supposed to happen now.
I told you the other day the story about KOH Neon Roze. Well, I do have one final bit to share about this nail polish. Just before summer officially started this year, KOH kindly sent me a bottle of nail polish of a random colour to try. It was quite bizarre that out of the 120++ colours that KOH had in its collection, I was sent Neon Roze, which I had already purchased.
So, I decided that this Neon Roze should be given to one lucky reader. One thing led to another and before I knew it, I started buying nail polishes from local stores to add to the prize. I then decided to purchase a bottle of KOH and so, one prize package became two. I had many plans on Witoxicity for the summer, including this giveaway.
Then suddenly, in July, my father passed away and things came to almost a standstill. I must thank all of you who very kindly left messages of condolence during my bereavement.
And so, here we are, almost four months on. Even Etos (one of the brands found in the prizes) had changed its packaging during that time! KOH and Co. are patiently waiting for their new owners. So, how would you like to be one of them?

This package is made up of mainly dark and broody shades. From the brand KOH, I chose Rain Forest, which will always have a special meaning to me. Rain Forest marked my return to painted nails after a very long hiatus and it was also my very first KOH. So, I hope whoever wins it, will also get to enjoy Rain Forest as much as I have.

The two main prizes
Entries will be divided into two groups according to the choice made (Bright or Dark). One random winner will be picked from each group.
The consolation prizes
After the selection of the main prize winners, the rest of the entries will be pooled together and two random winners will be picked.
The winners will be drawn using the Aunty Number Generator (it’s my aunt’s turn this time!). I will have the list of entries arranged either in chronological order or in reverse chronological order. My dearest Aunty Magdalene, who will not know how I’ve arranged the entries, will pass me her choice of numbers.
8. The results will be announced on Sunday, 28th November 2010, which happens to be Aunty Magdalene’s birthday! I will contact the four winners by email. If I don’t hear back from a particular winner within 72 hours, an alternative winner will be chosen.
9. Every care will be taken in sending out the packages but none of the brands featured nor I will be held responsible in the event that a package goes missing in transit or arrives damaged.
10. All the prizes are new items, unused and unswatched. With the exception of KOH Neon Roze, all the items were my own purchases.
