Daily Polish's 365 Giveaway!

It's finally here! After all the waiting and posts and polishes...here is the giveaway I promised! 

The only requirement for entry is that you MUST BE A FOLLOWER! You can either follow

through email or Google Friend Connect. If you are not a follower you are automatically 

disqualified. You must enter your follower name or email address in the box below. If you

want additional chances to win you can tweet once (only once for an entry...the rest don't 

count!), blog about it, put it on your sidebar (if you have one) and add http://dailypolish.com 

to your blogroll (please note if you have my old blog address on your blogroll and you don't 

update it then it DOES NOT COUNT!) for a total of 4 additional entries. 

So it's a maximum of 5 per person. If you do not tweet or have a blog then only answer the
first question. It is the only mandatory question. If you have no intention of tweeting or blogging
(personal choice, wahey!) then just answer the first question. Good luck, contest runs for
one month and ends on November 19 at midnight (Pacific coast time...so anyone who doesn't
live in Europe doesn't have to rush to meet my personal midnight!). Anyone is free to enter as long as
